ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for each customer after order is received. We do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory due to the huge amount of art choices we offer. Therefore we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, if there is a defect with the order. we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days. You must send 3 pictures of the damage along with your email. Our customer service staff will then examine the photos and email you back with instructions. You will pay for the shipping cost to send it back. We will cover the cost to send you a new item.
Again, we DO NOT accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer has a buyers remorse or needs a smaller/larger size or a different color. Our suggestion would be to donate the item to a charity and reorder. Once your order has been sent 50% of your purchase is donate to the Feeding America Program, the rest goes towards the artists as well as overhead and expenses. Thus, we do our best to send great custom merchandise the first time.
